Trying out Phase 2: First Days

After writing about the article on “How to Lose Weight While Eating Pizza” I decided to test out the effectiveness of Phase 2 based products.  I’ve noticed long ago that any excess weight on my body is caused by too much carb ingestion, so it was perfect for me to try these pills.

First off, I won’t tell you the brand name.  Why?  Because I don’t want this to sound like an ad, this is just an honest review of how my progress goes with a month of this treatment.  

I bought the pills, and forgot to take them 2 times; I had to decide that this would become a new habit – just like any weight loss effort.  It is very simple; you just take 2 pills with 2 glasses of water before any major meal.  Since I usually don’t eat at night I’m taking 4 pills a day – at breakfast and at lunch.

Having made up my mind I then proceeded to take the pills.  And the first 2 days I’ve tried them I’ve noticed that my “anxiety hunger” has decreased by a lot.  Now I’m feeling true hunger again, which is fine since I tend to go eat anything that it’s available.

I’ve also noticed that my stomach is acting different, especially when I got to the bathroom (if you know what I mean), but that’s cool, nothing wrong there, just different.  

My energy level has increased by something, it is not a big different but I feel more relaxed and energized to carry on with the day.  Let’s hope it stays the same, as I said before I’ve just started two days ago and I’m looking forward the end of this test, so stay in touch as I post more about my progress.

PD-  I’ve also stopped doing any other stomach exercise – diet.  To see the real results the Phase 2 brings.
