You’ll find tons of stomach flattening exercises on the net and most of them maybe very effective. However I recently learned and tried a new stomach flattening exercise through “aquasizing” or in other words the exercising in a pool!

Now that the weather is warming up, hitting the pool is a great way to flatten your stomach. Try to get use of a pool at a gym, club or if you’re lucky at home.
What’s great about exercising in a pool is that the water provides natural resistance and it has a lower impact on your joints.
Take this exercises for example, give it a try next time you’re in the pool.
Jump and Dig
This concentrates on your lower and upper body.
First (this is for the lower body), stand in the pool at a level where the water in between your chest and belly button.
Place your feet wide length apart
Now leap, think like a frog, until your knees come towards the surface of the water and back down.
Next (for the upper body/obliques), start out by making a scoop with both hands at the surface of the water.
Take your hand scoop below the surface, then scoop out and to one side. Switch sides to work the obliques on both sides.
Repeat this movement on each side for about 3 minutes each.
Once you’ve mastered these 2 exercises combine them together and do them at the same time for a total body workout.
Want to take it to another level? Add some water weights!
And those where some tips for stomach flattening exercises.
