Starting a Low Fat Meal Plan

Low Fat Meal Plan

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, you should know by know that in order to get a flat stomach, the most important thing to do is lose all the excess fat, and this includes adopting a low fat meal plan.

There are many plans out there that you can try, and they should be flexible enough to let you eat anywhere.  There are great plans that do not offer alternatives and people run out of options when they can’t find the ingredients.

The key steps to start a low fat meal plan:

  • Divide your meals in 5-6 meals during the day.  The portions should be small, and good enough to keep your body full of energy and with an increased metabolic rate.
  • Plan your low fat meals.  You should have everything ready to cook and eat, or else you could fall to “not-so-good” options!
  • A low fat meal plan should contain: skim milk, lean chicken and avoid fast food, and oil when cooking.
  • Stop soft drinks.  They don’t provide anything for your body and only help make you look fatter and fatter.
  • Find nutritive snacks, I like almonds – they provide protein and leave your stomach full.
  • Don’t skip breakfast.  This is the most important meal of the day, and the one that will give you the energy boost!

Keep in mind these tips to start a low fat meal plan and you’ll be dropping pounds in no time!

I think that the biggest problem with losing weight is that people often do not continue doing exercises or keeping diet. It is very much in our brain. We would like to get it but it is hard to sacrifice for it. And even if one get it we often do not maintain it so after couple of months everything is as before.
