I tried the side kicks but the first night I could only do 20 on each side. No doubt the next day when I got up I could tell I had worked my stomach, hips, thighs and love handles. They felt like they were pumped under the fat. I am going to keep it up until I can do the 50 on each side and just see what difference it has made. It was great fun and I'll never to another sit up again in life. I got a much better workout with the kicking than I ever did with sit ups and crunches. Thank You for the advice. You never know it may lead me into learning martial arts even at my age of 56.
