
Many people write to me explaining how they make crunch after crunch but they still are the same size of pants and can’t seem to lower the area.
Getting rid of the bulge in your stomach area is one of the better things you can do to yourself. Beside being able to find clothes that actually fit, it carries extra benefits that’ll help you build a healthier and better life. One of the things influenced by the size of your stomach is actually your risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Studies show that the bigger the bulge, the higher the risk!
But let’s go back to the crunches. You can do crunches when you wake up, do crunches in the middle of the day and do crunches int he evening, but this won’t help you reduce that fat you hate so much. That’s right, they’ll just build up muscle and your stomach will stay the same UNLESS you start changing the way you eat and your cardio routine. Those two factors are the winning combination to a flat stomach. That’s it, there are no real secret exercises or things like that. You can do what you want as cardio (swimming, running, jogging, jumping the rope, aerobics, etc) although I recommend something that lets you take advantage of interval training. Spinning can do the job quite easily.

Changing your eating habits doesn’t mean entering into a strict diet from one day to another. Rather you can start by applying commons sense to the way you eat. Great tips are:
- Eat what you want but only when you re hungry.
- Know when to stop. You’ll actually learn a lot just by listening to your body.
- Don’t think about dieting (Diets only work for 5% of the people. Yes, the ones you see on diet books)
OK, so now you know why you aren’t getting results. Now do something about it! You can start tomorrow, but we all know how it all turns out. Of course you can still do stomach exercises (Here’s the best book about them) This way, when you lose the fat, you’ll find a nice chiseled ab section hidden like a treasure!.
