Is It Possible to Be Fit Just By Exercising?

This is a common question that we receive. I once too thought about it: the idea of just exercising while eating anything you want.

According to my own experience, I think you can be fit and have a good body just by exercising, BUT if you want your “six pack” to show, you’ll need to also change your diet. You see, in order to have a visible “six pack” it is more about healthy eating than performing crunch after crunch.

However if you just want to lose weight, you can just exercises, as long you eat normally. If you start eating everyday like a hungry pig, you’ll hit a plateau sooner or later. Eating good is also a good idea if you care about your health as a whole. Besides making you look slimmer, healthy food also has a positive impact on the way you feel, your performance and the overall health of your body.
