How to Lose Weight While Eating Pizza!

One of the hardest things to do when I try to change my diet and eating habits, is getting rid of carbs. That’s not only because they taste good, but also because where I live, almost all food has carbs! I eat rice with that, rice with this, potatoes, etc, and well, since the food is so tasty, quitting carbs ebcome extremely hard.

 

Could there be a way to lose weight, without giving out all the carbs? UCLA researchers are sure they found an answer:

 

They have found that there are certain enzymes that prevents our body from breaking down carbs and then from absorbing them. These enzymes are contained in certain types of beans.By blocking this metabloic mechanism, the beans let carbs leave the body without processing, helping people lose weight.

 

Some trials have been done and the results show that humble kidney beans are the most helpful type of beans to lose weight. The result of the test also spawned a product called “Phase 2” which is basically an extract of the slimming bean. This have helped people lose weight while eating carbs, and yes, ti means that you’ll still lose weight even when you eat pizza!

 

Phase 2 is FDA approved and is sold or $18.74 however if you are pregnant, nourishing, have diabetes, or are hypoglicemic you can’t take he pills because it can produce an hypoglicemic shock.
