How Is Drinking Soda Affecting Your Weight?

I’ve noticed that during the last two months I have been drinking soda a lot.  It didn’t used to be like this, I used to drink lemonade a lot, and there was a time where I enjoyed water a lot.  So I wondered how is Soda affecting my results? I know it is affecting them but not “how much”.

I set on to do a little research and found that even drinking just one soda a day can hurt your efforts for a six pack set of abs.  In women (according to the Journal of American Medical Association)  it also means higher risks of Type II Diabetes!  The research also finds that it is true too on fruit punch juices.

It seems that when you drink your calories as opposed to eating them, your body may not sense that you’ve just taken in those calories and your appetite doesn’t seem to compensate,” Said Caroline M. Apovian, of the Boston University School of Medicine. “The appetite circuit might not be programmed to register liquid calories.

Keep that in mind people, I’ll surely will.
