When we think about what makes girls sexy, we almost tend to think about “obvious parts†of the body, however I find very attractive a nice tight stomach. 6 pack abs for girls are simple to get (if you follow along the right steps) and for girls applies the same principle: lowering your body fat.
The big misconception in the world of six pack abs for girls, is that you have to live at the gym doing hundreds of repetitions to show your abs. That is not the case, you can have the best developed muscles but if you fail at burning the excess fat on top of them, you will never see them. So, as you may be thinking, cardio and dieting both play a major role, even more important than the role of the popular crunches!
Lowering your body fat means changing your lifestyle, and the best thing is that you will change it for the better! Here’s a quick action plan that gave great results to my wife:
- Do 30 minutes of interval training cardiovascular exercises. For her this meant getting up in the morning to run.
- Perform the exercises that you can perform best and that triggers the most activity. I have talked previously about one of the best stomach exercises: the bicycle maneuver.
- Change your diet little by little. Replace sodas with iced green tea, never skip breakfasts, eat more times a day in smaller portions, etc. Look at the dieting tips here for more advice ;)
- Add to your daily life a good routine of exercises. My wife used one of the many routines for girls who want six pack abs in the book “The Truth About Six Pack Abs†with great success. Later on, she customized it t her own needs.
- Visualize and stay motivated. Take a picture of yourself, just like Jennifer Nicole Lee did, and work on your goal, think about how you WANT to be. Focus and consistence are key factors.
This plan is really all you need to look your best, pay close attention to the last step and you’ll keep walking towards your goal.

hi what kind of exercises do u need to get abs with out going to a gym or having machines… help me i want abs so badly.
