Frank Sepe Stomach Exercises

franksepe.jpgThis weekend I had the opportunity to go through this book called “Frank Sepe’s Abs-Olutely Perfect Plan for A Flatter Stomach”. As you may guess, it is written by Frank Sepe, one of the most popular fitness model and host of ESPN2’s “Cold Pizza”. He has also written columns on fitness on many magazines, so I assume he pretty much know what he is talking about.

The book is a pretty well rounded guide on how to develop your abs, covering important points, from dieting to working out. Of course, these points all come with an action plan, a plan that consists on:

  • Eating
  • Cardio training
  • Abs exercises

But Frank doesn’t just talk about abs. Included in the book is also a plan for a full-body workout! A plan that doesn’t need you to go to the gym and use machines and equipment. In fact, no exercise in the book needs these!

What I really liked about the book is that it talks in a language easy to understand and to read, and every exercise is followed by a set of full color photos describing the movements. Is something I have seen in other great books such as “the Truth About Six Pack Abs”.

If you are looking for a guide with hundreds of exercises, you’ll be disappointed. This is a guide with fewer exercises, but exercises that WORK! And to me, this increases the value of the product.
