This weekend I had the opportunity to go through this book called “Frank Sepe’s Abs-Olutely Perfect Plan for A Flatter Stomachâ€. As you may guess, it is written by Frank Sepe, one of the most popular fitness model and host of ESPN2’s “Cold Pizzaâ€. He has also written columns on fitness on many magazines, so I assume he pretty much know what he is talking about.
The book is a pretty well rounded guide on how to develop your abs, covering important points, from dieting to working out. Of course, these points all come with an action plan, a plan that consists on:
- Eating
- Cardio training
- Abs exercises
But Frank doesn’t just talk about abs. Included in the book is also a plan for a full-body workout! A plan that doesn’t need you to go to the gym and use machines and equipment. In fact, no exercise in the book needs these!
What I really liked about the book is that it talks in a language easy to understand and to read, and every exercise is followed by a set of full color photos describing the movements. Is something I have seen in other great books such as “the Truth About Six Pack Absâ€.
If you are looking for a guide with hundreds of exercises, you’ll be disappointed. This is a guide with fewer exercises, but exercises that WORK! And to me, this increases the value of the product.
