When we talk about fat burning foods, we are referring to “negative calorie foodsâ€. What are they? Simply put, they are foods that will help you burn more calories than the ones you gain from them.
As you may know, each time we eat something our body needs energy to digest it – thus burning calories in the process. You are on a diet right now as you read this post. Everyone is on a diet every day. A diet is what you eat, your food choices. If your diet consist of pancakes, McDonald’s and Dairy Queen then that is your diet.
With junk food being so cheap, it can be hard to eat healthy and not get tempted into eating unhealthy foods. But if you really want to lose weight than it is important that you start eating healthy as soon as possible.
I had downloaded the ebook: Fat Loss for Idiots a while ago and was looking through the bonuses and among them saw one called “Diet Handbook for Fast Fat Loss” that caught my attention.
Here are a couple of tips a put together based on what I learned after reading the information from this ebook.
To eat healthy you need:
- Water
- Fruit
- Popcorn
- Almonds
First Tip
You have to start drinking more water. Many people tend to confuse hunger with thirst. After every meal and before as well, drink plenty of water to make yourself full and less hungry at night.
Second Tip
Got the munchies? Instead of grabbing a snickers or twizzlers eat fruit when you get the munchies. Try eating grapes, pineapple, apples, strawberries, whatever your favorite fruits are! Maybe even a fruit salad, yummy.
Third Tip
If you get hungry before bedtime, aside from eating fruits you can also eat mixtures of almonds and raisons. Cereal is a great option as well (not Coco Puffs eat the healthy kind such as Kellogg’s or whole wheat cereal). Or you can munch on a cup of yogurt as well.
Fourth Tip
Get hungry while watching T.V or a movie at home? Popcorn is ok, but buy lowfat popcorn and avoid adding butter or too much salt.
Fifth Tip
The best option out of all is not eating anything as all! No matter how hungry you get after dinner, drink as much water as you can and have self control and go to bed. This is what will happen, you will wake up with a flatter stomach and hungry just in time for a healthy breakfast.
