Why You Shouldn’t Skip a Breakfast

One of the things I read in “The Truth About Six Pack Abs”, that changed my perspective of my daily habits, was the importance of having breakfast. Before reading about it, I was the kind of guy that never had any type of breakfast because I simply didn’t feel that hungry during the morning. Boy I was wrong.

One of the worst things you can do to lose weight is skipping your meals. When your body doesn’t have food in an amount of time, it enters a state of “fat storage”, in order to prevent running out of energy. Not only that, but you are also slowing your metabolism.

Sleeping takes 8 hours (or at least it should take that amount of hours), and this period of time is enough for your body to enter the “fat storage state”. I followed the advice, and started eating breakfast. It not only helped accelerating my metabolism, but also gave me more energy. However, you have to eat healthy food.
