Start by lying on your back with knees bent, hands behind your heads and legs lifted. Lift your shoulder blades and slows twist your right elbow towards your left knee as you extend your right leg. Switch to the other side without lowering your shoulders and repeat up to 15 times per side. Do this several times a week and you’re on the right track of developing your abs.
