A BIG part of your success in achieving the stomach you want is motivation. In fact, the eating plan and exercises are the simplest part in any weight loss plan – at the end it just comes down to do what you are set to do. Motivation on the other part, requires YOU to participate.
Motivation is what will give you the energy you need to complete your goal. I mean, everyone starts motivated to lose weight, but at some point (two days, a week or a month), the intial energy is gone and we try to find excuses to little by little abandon our efforts. All those poeple who have made the leap from being over-weight to being fit have had that ingredient in the formula.
