We all need to motivate ourselves now and then. Sometimes we lose track of our weight loss goals or are on the brink of giving up.
My wife started her weight loss plan a couple of years ago with Crack the Code by Jennifer Nicole Lee, and in the ebook she followed a recommendation that was to take a picture of yourself (your before picture) and place it in your bathroom or somewhere where you will always be reminded.
This helped keep her motivated becuase she wanted to get toned and fit and no longer look like here before picture. This method has been recommend by several fitness experts including Jennifer Nicole Lee.
The other day I found these amazing Before and After Pictures from The Biggest Loser 2. These people lost lots of pounds and look and feel great now. They are a great motivation to everyone. You can also lose weight like the people on The Biggest Loser with The Biggest Loser DVD’s
, it definitely gets you sweating!

Through the years, thanks to science, products and methods have surged numerous ways to lose weight. I’m always looking for easier ways to keep my stomach in shape and to help others find new weight loss exercises and methods.
Recently I came upon a method I hadn’t herd of before, Subliminal Health & Fitness Videos.
At first I though this method was promising me that I would lose weight by just watching the subliminal videos… and I though “yeah right…And I’ll lose weight on a pure chocolate diet too…”
Travel deep into your mind and work directly with your subliminal thoughts. You INSTANTLY receive total control of your ultra powerful inner thoughts that control EVERY thing you do and ACHIEVE. Your subliminal mind constitutes the phenomenally STRONG part of your consciousness most people are never aware they have.
But I was wrong, the Subliminal Health & Fitness Videos are more about MOTIVATION. Something we all need when we want to start an exercise program or diet. Best of all this program wasn’t only about weight loss, it’s the complete package. It focuses on:
Sex
Love
Yoga
Beauty
Dating
Weight Loss
Confidence
Cash
and more
You can Download the Subliminal Health & Fitness Videos for just $38 and I went ahead and gave it a try. In my case, I dreaded having to workout. The first couple of days I would be motivated but then I just stopped going to the gym and slept through my morning jog.
I decided to put the The Warrior Warm-Up Subliminal Video to the test. I ordered it last Wednesday and I went to the gym 3 times since! What I like most about it is that its so EASY. It’s kind of like the video naturally jump starts my metabolism when I watch it for 6 minutes each day.
It’s impossible to explain the videos here, but I defintely recommend the Subliminal Health & Fitness Videos if your looking for REAL motivation to START losing weight, feel sexy and improve your mental state.

Determining your fitness goals is the first step towards a successful weight loss program. But many fail to consistently follow these goals, and I have found (from my own experience) that it happens because we want to change ALL our habits at once. That can be a bad idea, and we are prone to find ourselves resorting to our old bad eating habits.
So, it’s not about making a diet, it’s not about going to the gym. It’s about changing our life and creating constructive habits. This is done little by little. In fact, trying to rush things can lead to failure.
What to do?
Start changing just one tiny thing or forming a new habit until it becomes part of your day. For instance, when I decided to change my nutritional habits I first started changing just my breakfast. I used to eat about 4 pieces of bread, but I changed that to a couple of eggs. Nothing more, I still ate the same food and did little exercise, but forming that habit was a step towards my long term goal.
Over the next days the habit started building. Now it was time to form a new habit: taking a short walk before breakfast to kick-start my metabolism.
Do you get the idea? You’ll certainly won’t see incredible fast results, but you are steadily changing your life to something healthier. Big successes are made of little steps don’t ever forget that, it is one of the lessons I learned on my weight loss journey, and that helped in different aspects of life.
What is the single step that you can change starting today?
