Jennifer Nicole Lee

So you might be wondering why we would mention the attractive Jennifer Nicole Lee on this blog. She has a great body, and we don’t mean just good looking, she has worked her way to becoming fit and teaching others to do so as well.

She’s not just a pretty face, shes a Fitness Expert, Author, Cover Model and a full-time Mom. She was recently at the Arnold Expo sharing her tips but you can get all that and more in her ebook: Crack the Code.

What’s great is the she’s proof that her weight loss secrets work and keep on working since she’s lost around 71 pounds! In her e-book she relates to how many of us have “bad genetics” which makes it harder for us to lose weight.

Check out her site www.JNLCRACKTHECODE.com where you can buy her book for just $28. As Jennifer Nicole Lee explains, your age, weight or how many times you’ve tried diets and exercise doesn’t matter:

Only YOU can make the decision to change. Let me help you get the results you want!”

I’ve seen the e-book myself and it truly has amazing weight loss tips, motivation and clear steps to start getting the body you want. I wish I could post them on this blog, but that would be taking credit away from the real author. However I do give my 100% recommendation but don’t take my word for it, try it yourself!

And that’s my review on Jennifer Nicole Lee: Crack the Code

He has also written columns on fitness on many magazines, so I assume he pretty much know what he is talking about.

The book is a pretty well rounded guide on how to develop your abs, covering important points, from dieting to working out. Of course, these points all come with an action plan, a plan that consists on:

  • Eating
  • Cardio training
  • Abs exercises

But Frank doesn’t just talk about abs. Included in the book is also a plan for a full-body workout! A plan that doesn’t need you to go to the gym and use machines and equipment. In fact, no exercise in the book needs these! Continue reading →
