Best Stomach Exercises

I downloaded Warp Speed Fat Loss the other day to see what all they hype was about.

The eBook is by Mike Roussell and Alwyn Cosgrove, top contributors to fitness magazines such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, FHN, Oxygen and so on. So I know that what they recommend is definately reliable and well written.

The plan is very interesting and it is a great choice if you are interested in fast weight loss and you are determined to stick to the diet and exercises.

As the author mentions in the beginning, you should not change or modify the plan in anyway, just follow the instructions as is.

What I like most was the stomach exercises provided, they are in my opinion some of the best stomach exercises that everyone should combine in their workouts.

I say this becuase these stomach exercises are done with a Swiss ball, one of the best ways to fully exercises your abs.

Here is the workout they recommend and when you download the eBook it comes with pictures as well.

Ripped Ready Abs Routine

1. Planks: Elbows on Ball - Hold for 60 seconds

2. Valside Push Aways: Perform 15 reps on Each Side at Slow Tempo

3. Prone Knee Drives: Perform 20-30 reps on Each Side

4. Prone Jackknife: Perform 10-15 Slow Reps

Rest for 90 seconds and repeat one more time.
