		<description>Mary, you need to increase your exercise sessions to 3 per week, including both cardiovascular and resistance training, resistance training tones and shapes muscle on women, these muscles will then burn more calories for you (even while you sleep!) cardio alone will not give you back your shape, see an instructor or personal trainer in your local gym, for a full body muscular endurance, or conditioning program ;)
And cut out any high GI carbs such as White bread, White pasta, White rice, White potato, replacing them with lower GI versions such as sweet potato, brown rice, brown bread etc!!</description>
