10 Ways To Abandon Your Abs Training Efforts

Everybody wants to start with the right foot when deciding to flatten their tummy. However is known that only a few of the women and men out there get to the finish line (some don’t even come close to the first 2cm of stomach reduction!). But why? Sometimes it is hard to know why, here are 10 ways to quit your abs workout, these are the common ways to giving up “creatively”

  1. Saying “I’ll do my stomach workout later on the day” – until you realize it’s been over a week since your last workout.
  2. Body pain /illness. Suddenly when you finally start exercising, your body for unknown reasons starts getting ill. Constipation, body ache, you name it.

  4. Lack of time. You don’t have time for exercise! So you just watch TV all night.
  5. Lack of support. Some people don’t even get to a gym if they don’t go with someone else.
  6. Anger attack! I know quite a few people who go through this after they begin their abs routines. After a week, they get angry because they are not seeing results, then they decide it’s useless to keep trying.
  7. The mystery method. You just stop doing the exercises without even noticing it, like it is something natural.
  8. The fast quitter. After buying a book, reading it entirely. They just say it’s too complicated, or too much for them. They quit even before start exercising.
  9. Social meetings. Too much social meetings can ruin your perfect abs efforts. The food and drinks all contribute to reverting to old habits.
  10. The “I love myself” line. While it’s probably one of the greatest advices to love yourself. This love should also translate in giving your body health.
